HBO Spain Leaks Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6

HBO just can’t catch a break lately. It was recently reported that four people had been arrested in India for leaking an episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones. The people arrested apparently worked for Star India, which is one of HBO’s distributors in the country.
So that is another episode leaked.
The sixth episode of season 7 was accidentally leaked online, but this time it seems that this was not by the work of hackers, but HBO themselves, as HBO Spain accidentally broadcasted the episode several days earlier than it was supposed to. The show was only made available for one hour before it was pulled, but it was more than enough time for users to rip the content and share it online. Naturally.
Footage of the episode is being shared on many platforms. So HBO not only has to deal with hackers and rogue employees of their distributors, but also their own staff. It seems that everyone is leaking HBO shows these days. Luckily, this isn’t the final episode of the season, so hopefully HBO will be able to get a handle on all of this and keep their shows secure until they are meant to air on the proper date.

HBO Hackers Are Demanding Millions In Bitcoin, so unfortunate

As you might have heard, HBO was recently hacked and with the hack, quite a ton of data was stolen in the process. To prove that the hack was successful, the hackers then released quite a bit of material, one of which was a Game of Thrones script. However that’s not all the hackers have managed to get their hands on.
In a report from The Hollywood Reporter, it seems that the hackers have since released a fresh treasure trove of data, except this time the leak contains emails from a HBO executive. The hackers have also sent a message to HBO CEO Richard Plepler which reads, “We successfully breached into your huge network. … HBO was one of our difficult targets to deal with but we succeeded (it took about 6 months).”
The hackers have also since demanded that HBO pay them a ransom to prevent additional content from being released. The amount the hackers are asking for is 6 months worth of salary in bitcoin, which they have implied is worth around $6 million. HBO had previously confirmed that they have experienced a “cyber incident” and are working with the authorities and cybersecurity firms.
However given that the data has been stolen, we’re not sure what HBO can do to prevent the leak save paying the ransom and giving into the hacker’s demands. This is a pretty huge deal as there are some who fear that the HBO hack could be seven times larger than that of Sony, which was a pretty big deal back then.

David Letterman’s To Run A New Exclusive Show on Netflix

Netflix logo

David Letterman has been in retirement for a couple of years after he gave up his decades-old network talk show host job. However, he’s not staying retired for long, the veteran talk show host is coming out of retirement. David Letterman’s new show is going to be a Netflix exclusive. He’s inked a new deal with the online streaming giant for a show which will consist of six hour-long episodes.
David Letterman is no stranger to late-night television. He’s been involved with it for 33 years, hosting 6,028 episodes of Late Night and The Late Show (CBS). He’s the longest-running late-night broadcaster in American history.
The format of David Letterman’s new show on Netflix will be slightly different compared to his previous gig. The six hour-long episodes will feature a single guest so it’s going to be kind of a long-form interview.
Letterman will venture out of the studio on occasion to explore topics and issues out in the field. Letterman’s new show on Netflix doesn’t have a name as yet but we’ll find that out closer to its premiere date in 2018.
As for his reason to come out of retirement, Letterman had this to say: “Here’s what I have learned, if you retire to spend more time with your family, check with your family first.”

hackers of HBO leak Game of Thrones stars’ phone numbers

The recent talk on HBO is the Hack attack on their system and reportedly stole 1.5 terabytes of data, including scripts for upcoming Game of Thrones episodes, a low quality episode of the game of throne and two unreleased episodes of Ballers and Room 104.
Now it's the personal phone numbers and email addresses of some Game of Thrones actors leaking online.
The Guardian reports that hackers have released 3.4GB of data, and that they’re demanding that HBO pay an undisclosed ransom to prevent further leaks.
Detailed data the hackers possess  are draft scripts from five Game of Thrones episodes, and technical documents detailing HBO’s internal network and administrator passwords. One document reportedly includes a list of personal phone numbers and email addresses for Game of Thrones actors Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, and Emilia Clark. A month’s worth of emails from HBO’s vice president for film programming, Leslie Cohen, is also said to be part of the latest leak.

HBO ASSUMED Their EMAIL SYSTEM HASN’T BEEN WIDELY BREACHED

HBO says it is reviewing what data has leaked as part of an ongoing forensic investigation. In a statement to Wired, HBO spokeperson Jeff Cusson says “the review to date has not given us a reason to believe that our email system as a whole has been compromised.” If HBO’s email systems haven’t been fully accessed then it will spare the company an embarrassing repeat of what happened to Sony Pictures. Hackers broke into Sony Pictures back in 2014, and the leaked emails did the most reputational damage to the company.
It seems unlikely that the HBO hackers have obtained copies of actual Game of Thrones episodes. While there have been threats of more leaks, only scripts for the TV series have surfaced online so far. In a separate incident, a Game of Thrones episode leaked last week before its public TV airing. The leak wasn’t part of the HBO hack, and distribution partner Star India accidentally published it online. Either way, it’s clear HBO’s security nightmare is far from over.

“We take this breach very seriously and have immediately initiated forensic investigations at our and the technology partner’s end to swiftly determine the cause. This is a grave issue and we are taking appropriate legal remedial action.”

HBO game of throne episode leaked before official release

An unreleased episode of Game of Thrones has been published online ahead of its TV debut on Sunday. Episode 4 of season 7 has now leaked online in a low-quality format — thanks to Google Drive postings in a Reddit thread. It was  confirm that the episode is genuine, and the copy includes a “for internal viewing only” watermark attached
HBO was subject to a security breach earlier this week, allowing hackers to reportedly obtain 1.5 terabytes of stolen data from the company’s US servers. Sources familiar with HBO’s security leak tell The Verge that this was not related to this episode leak. This latest episode has leaked from a distribution partner and not as a direct result of the recent HBO security breach. Hackers have so far only published published script outlines on the web, rather than full episodes.

HBO has had to battle with Game of Thrones leaks a number of times in the past. The same happen to the first four episodes of season 5 leaked online, thanks to advance screeners that are sent out to members of the press. A HBO subsidiary also released a season 6 episode a day early. HBO decided to scrap screeners for season 7, but that hasn’t stopped an episode leaking from a distribution partner. We are waiting for  HBO to comment about the incident, and we’ll update you accordingly.

'Star Wars: Episode IX' gets a new writer to rework script

British film and television writer Jack Thorne is coming onboard for rewrites ahead of the film's 2019 release.

British writer Jack Thorne is joining the team behind the as-yet-unnamed "Star Wars: Episode IX" film, and he's charged with bringing a fresh set of eyes to the script, according to reports.

The Hollywood Reporter cites sources close to the film, saying the script for the final instalment of the sequel trilogy is set to be reworked. Until now, the task of writing Episode IX has fallen to the film's director, Colin Trevorrow, and his writing partner Derek Connolly.

While Trevorrow and Connolly have earned their sci-fi writing chops, most notably co-writing the script for "Jurassic World," Thorne certainly has his own nerd cred. The UK native wrote the stage play for "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child," as well as scripts for TV series "Skins" and "Shameless" and has worked alongside John Boyega on the West End stage

HBO Hacked, Game Of Thrones Script Leaked- another attack

Credit : Ubergizmo.com

Hack attack getting more rampant with the recent attack and threat like the Ukraine cyber attack, the us election hack which is still under consideration if is an attack or not.
Another broke out as the game of throne script which is unaired leaked due to the hack attack on the HBO
The hack has also resulted in two unaired episodes of Ballers and Room 104 being leaked online as well. The Game of Thrones script that has been leaked is said to be for the episode that’s due to air next week.

The hackers that did this claim to have over 1.5TB of data in their possession that was taken from HBO. According to Entertainment Weekly, the hackers emailed several reporters last night with information about the leak. They also promised that more content will be leaked soon.
This isn’t the first time that HBO is having to deal with a leak concerning its most popular show. The first four episodes of last year’s Game of Thrones season were leaked online. HBO was later able to confirm that the leaks came from advance screeners that are normally sent out to an approved group of reviews and critics.
HBO decided to stop sending advance screeners for the current season in order to prevent something like that from happening again. It even cautioned the show’s cast members to take extra security measures, like using two-factor authentication on their email accounts, to prevent any mishap.
“HBO recently experienced a cyber incident, which resulted in the compromise of proprietary information,” the cable giant has confirmed in a statement, adding that it’s investigating the incident and working with law enforcement as well as outside cybersecurity firms
